We do core values a bit different at Prazen Optics. Typically, you see just one word, and some catchy accompanying phrase to back it up, written by some VP of something, and approved by some board of something else. At Prazen, we align our core values with the daily goals we are here to execute on as an organization. They are not achievable on day 1, and probably not on day 10,000 but that’s okay. We’re here to put in the work.
